How do I get a refund?

If one of the products you ordered does not meet your expectations, you have the possibility to return it.

As soon as the returned products have arrived in our warehouse and have been checked by us, you will receive a refund of the amount of the returned products to your original means of payment.

This process can take up to 10 working days after the return has been arrived in our warehouse.
