How to apply for your FREE PROTECTOR CRASH REPLACEMENT?

Have you had a crash and your EVOC protector has been damaged? We hope that you are fine and have not suffered any serious injuries!

As the back protector is part of your personal protective equipment and protects vital areas and replacement is essential after a serious crash, we offer to replace your protector free of charge.

The procedure could not be any simpler: Please fill out the FREE PROTECTOR CRASH REPLACEMENT form and provide the following information in addition to the mandatory fields:

• Product: Name (e.g. Protector Vest Lite / FR ENDURO 16) & size
• Date of purchase
• The address to which the new protector should be sent
• A brief description of the crash and whether there are any visible deformations/breaks on the protector
• A picture of the damaged protector and one of the backpack/protector vest

We will get in touch with you afterwards. Depending on the type and condition of the protector (EVOC LITESHIELD (AIR), AIRSHIELD, LITESHIELD PLUS BACK PROTECTOR, LITESHIELD FLEX PROTECTOR), you will send us your protector and we will replace it or you will receive a new protector directly from us to replace it by yourself.
