How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving the order.

If you have an EVOC customer account, you can start the return process directly in your customer account (My account > Orders > Returns).
If you have placed your order as a guest, you can use the following form to register your return: REGISTER A RETURN

After completing the form you will receive the return label by email.

Return your order:

Please pack the products you wish to return properly and enclose our returns form with the parcel. (The return form can be found at the end of this article.)

You can then attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel and take it to the post office.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
The refund will be made via the payment method used for the order. The shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note:

The returned products must be unused with the hangtag attached and include the original packaging. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will accept your return.
