Can I exchange products?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products. If you would like a product in a different size or color, you can send the item back to us as a return. Your money will then be refunded and you can order the desired item again.

Please note: If you ordered the original product during a previous promotional period, we cannot guarantee that you will receive it again at a reduced price.
