When will I receive a refund for the returned product?

After you have dropped off your return at the post office, the parcel usually takes about 2-3 days (GER) or 3-7 days (EU) to arrive at our warehouse. Then the return is processed and checked. Usually, you will receive the refund within 10 working days of receipt in our warehouse.
