I have lost the chest strap of my backpack

If you need a new chest strap for your backpack, please send us a spare parts request including the following information:

• Product name (e.g. FR ENDURO 16)
  The address to which we should send the replacement chest strap

We will then check your request and the availability of the required spare part and get back to you within a few working days.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot always guarantee that we have the right spare part available for older EVOC products.
