If the damage is more extensive and you need a professional repair by our repair service, please proceed as follows:
1. Clean your product and have invoice available
In respect of our employees, we ask you to clean the product you before claiming. You can find information on proper cleaning in the following articles:

2. Your repair service request
Send your repair request by using our contact form and the subject Repair service. Please include a description of the defect and detailed photos of the product to your request. Also fill out the REPAIR SERVICE FORM and send it to us. (You will find the form below this article).
3. Processing your request
Your request will usually be checked by us within 10 working days. In most cases, we can already see from your description and the photos whether your EVOC product can be repaired and how much it will cost.
If this is not the case, you will receive feedback from us that your product needs to be checked by our seamstress and therefore we will ask you to send us the product.
As soon as the repair option and the cost of the repair are obvious, you will get an offer from us. If you accept the offer, you will receive a payment link and a shipping label so you can send your product to us - If this has not already happened.
Please note that you only send us your product once you have received a respective response from us. The repair will take about two to three weeks. We will then send the repaired product back to you.
