Do you provide a repair service?

EVOC products are always a bit more than just equipment. EVOC stands for evolution and the concept for high-quality, functional backpacks, bags and luggage. It is therefore particularly important to us that our products accompany you for a long time and always give you enjoyment! We also place great importance on minimizing our impact on the natural environment in which we live during our adventures - true to our motto "Protect the things you love".

By repairing your damaged products, you can sustainably extend the life cycle of your purchased products and in this way contribute to a more careful use of our natural resources.

For this reason, we also offer a repair service at a fair price outside the warranty period and for damage caused by improper use, your own fault or the fault of a third party.

Not every product can be repaired

We wish we could - but unfortunately we can't repair every damage. Nevertheless, we will be happy to check the damage of your EVOC product and give you feedback on whether the repair is possible.

Moreover we ask you for your understanding, that we do not offer repairs for our BIKE TRAVEL products.
