You usually receive the order confirmation by email within a few minutes of placing your order. In this e-mail you find all the information about your order, such as order number, a list of the items purchased, the billing and delivery address and your payment method. The invoice is also attached to the email.
If you do not receive an e-mail, the first step is to check your spam folder and junk mails. If you have not received an e-mail after one hour, please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone. Please provide us with the name of the buyer, the e-mail address used for the order, the date and a rough time frame of the order.
If you have an EVOC customer account, you will find all information about your order as well as the current order status there, too.
