Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed after it has been submitted. If you notice any mistakes in your order, we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible, ideally by phone.
If your order has not yet been sent to our logistics department, you have the following options:
- Changes within the delivery address can be made without having to cancel the order
- However, if you notice a wrong product you have ordered, we have to cancel your order, you will receive a refund and can place your order again.
If your order is already on its way to you, changes are excluded and you can return the order after receiving it. You can find more information on this under Returns & Refunds.
