For sure it should not happen that an order fails. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that an order will fail or be canceled by us in exceptional cases:

Please find below a list of reasons why your order failed and the status immediately changes to failed or canceled:
- The payment method you provided was rejected.
- The payment information you entered was incorrect.
- One of the items in your shopping cart has been purchased in the meantime and is no longer available.
Please place your order again and make sure that you enter the correct data and that you have enough balance for the purchase in your account.
As technical problems can occur, we recommend that you change the browser you are using if your order fails.

Your order has been canceled by us:
In some rare exceptional cases stock movements may overlap, resulting in incorrect information in our webshop. If this is the case, we will inform you by e-mail. It will possible that we will send you the product in a different color. Alternatively, you will be refunded the money for the unavailable item immediately.
