We aim to deliver your ordered products as fast as possible and therefore forward your order to our logistics department within a short time after receipt. Therefore cancellation is only possible to a limited extent:
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and ideally by phone. If our logistics department has not yet processed your order, you can cancel it and we will initiate a refund. If your order has already been processed and is ready for pick up by the parcel service or is already on its way to you, you have the option of declining to accept the parcel or returning your order.
